Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for Content

As service providers, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to the general laws pursuant to Section 7(1) TMG (Telemediengesetz - German Telemedia Act). However, according to Sections 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific legal infringement. Upon becoming aware of any illegal content, we will take prompt action to address and remove or
block access to it as required by law.
